Frequently Asked Questions
How do I know my payment has been confirmed?
Online payments via Paystack are verified automatically on the server and appear in your dashboard immediately. Bank transfers are confirmed once an administrator verifies your uploaded receipt. You will receive an email and an in-app notification when a payment is confirmed.
Can I pay in installments?
Yes. If installments are enabled, you can pay your contribution in scheduled tranches. Your dashboard shows each installment, its due date and how much is outstanding.
Is my payment information private?
Yes. Public statistics show only aggregate totals. Individual student payment details are visible only to you and authorised administrators.
How do I upload a bank transfer receipt?
From your dashboard choose “Bank transfer”, enter the amount, date and reference, then upload a JPG, PNG or PDF receipt. An administrator will review it.
Do donations reduce a student’s fees?
No. Donations are tracked completely separately from student contributions and never reduce any student’s payment obligation.
Which payment methods are supported?
Paystack (card, bank transfer and other channels enabled on the association account) and direct bank transfer with receipt verification.
